And I immediately detect the probable bug on the “Log call” window as it is highlighted on the screen below despite wave mobile is recorded and works regularly:

But this has no sense as Wave Mobile has been updated automatically, and I certainly don’t go to update UCM6302 of the customer to a fw beta, you should make sure that Wave Mobile is updated to the stable version in parallel to the stable version of UCM Otherwise it will always be a problem.
We are simply talking about the “log call”, in this way no customer who uses Wave Mobile can use the “log call” until you update UCM to the stable version, this means losing credibility in the customer.
Calls arrive to us installers, imagine receiving these calls and to give him embarrassing explanations …

Thank you for your feedback! This issue can be resolved if you upgrade the UCM6302 to 1.0.11.9. The Beta firmware version has been verified by our testing team and it is a stable version based on the testing results. If you do not want to upgrade the UCM6302 to 1.0.11.9, you can use the Wave app 1.0.9.15 which is the compatible version with UCM6302 1.0.9.10. Thanks for your testing!

Even though the UCM63xx firmware version 1.0.11.9 is Beta version, it has been verified by our testing team, which means it does not include any major issues in the firmware version. When the user receives an update in Wave app, the user can tap on the Wave app and select whether if the user wants to upgrade the Wave app version. Please note that if the user wants to use the full functions in Wave app, the user needs to use the corresponding UCM firmware version. For example, if the user wants to use 1.0.7.x, the user needs to upgrade the UCM to 1.0.7.x. Thanks for your testing!
