Wave desktop app is not getting calls only missed call

Hello everyone,

I am facing issue with wave desktop application.

When someone called wave desktop extension (102) from either GRP phone (103) or wave mobile app (101), then the call disconnected from caller side and wave desktop application received missed call.
If calling to wave mobile app from GRP phone or wave desktop then no issue.

Everything is in local network only, no public IP and no UCMRC plan.

Same issue is persisted at my customer side as well.

UCM 6302 version 1.0.19.9
Wave desktop version: 1.0.19.11
Wave mobile version: 1.0.19.10
GRP phone version: 1.0.3.86

There is no call on wave desktop and as the call disconnect at caller side, wave gets missed call from the caller number.

Thank you for your feedback! Please kindly export the logs from your Wave Desktop and send the logs to us for troubleshooting. Please also reproduce this issue and download the syslog from the Web UI of your UCM63xx device and send the syslog to us for troubleshooting. Before downloading the syslog from the UCM63xx Web UI, please check the “PJSIP Log” option and “RTP Log” option. Thanks for your testing!

You can also check the “PBX Log” option and “Verbose Log” option before downloading the syslog from the Web UI of the UCM63xx. Please kindly reproduce the issue first before starting to capture the logs. Thanks for your testing!
