Wave 1.9.12

I just downloaded Wave for Windows. When I go to the “more” section, none of the options in there will load. It pops up a new window but it stays blank. I’m looking for what is in the call queue area…

Here it is. This was when I clicked on Call Queue. I get this on two different Windows 10 machines.

It’s 1.0.7.12. In your screenshot it looks like you are in the web portal for the UCM. My issue is with Wave on Windows 10.

Could you kindly upgrade your UCM63xx to 1.0.9.x and try again? When you click the “Call Queue” option in the Wave Desktop 1.9.12, you will be directed to this web portal of your UCM63xx. Thanks for your testing!
