Hello everyone. I have a few GSC310 that we use as announcement speakers. They were working well but as of Monday, the Volume of them is now loud. We have set them to be appropriate for the room, but something changed and now they are really loud. When I try to adjust them down, it does not seem to change the volume.
Here is where we set the volume. Currently on 1.0.1.18.
Do I need to factory reset and restore my configs?
