VOIP Trunk Lines Suddenly Unreachable


All of a sudden my VOIP Trunks stopped working. They’re reporting as unreachable on the dashboard. I’m using the latest firmware on my UCM6204.

After some troubleshooting it looks like I can’t ping an external address like TraceRoutes also die at my Default Gateway. I’m assuming this is the problem but I can’t figure out why it won’t pass outside traffic. Any ideas? Currently I have our VOIP Trunk forwarding to an old pots line but that limits us to only one call at a time and we’re dying.

Please HELP!


Time was off by 20 minutes, manually set the time and it started working again.
