Voice Recognition

Hello guys can we configure voice recognition in the IVR ?like instead of telling the caller to press 1 and press 2 and press 3 etc can we simply have the caller to say SALES or SUPPORT and program the UCM6202 to transfer to a group of people?

That would be a very nice feature IMHO. But no, it is not currently supported.

If you wish to pursue this, then I suggest opening a ticket with the help desk.
