Using Samsung Mobile - WAVE


We have just started using Wave in our business.
We are using Wave (not Lite) on a Samsung mobile in our reception.
Very basic and frustrating issue - the green “answer call” button is very unresponsive.
I can’t see that it is a device issue, as answering the phone without Wave is perfect.
Any ideas anyone?
This is driving myself and my staff crazy.
Company who installed are not good with service or support - so I ask here.
