i am mistaken my GSwave app is working (android) i downloaded the wave app and it does not work either. is there a port not opened or something?

#6

Dear user,

Thank you for using the Wave app! Could you kindly enable to collect the logs in your Wave Android device, and try to reproduce this issue? When the login issue happens again, please export the logs from your Wave Android device and send to us for troubleshooting? The login address should be “https://server address:port”, and you also need to fill in the correct username and password for logging in purposes. Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!

Dear user,

Thank you for your feedback! UCM can obtain the IP address of the device. If you want to add the device to the GDMS platform account, you can use the MAC address and SN to associate the device to the GDMS platform. Please refer to the user guide below for more details:

Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Thank you!
