UCM6208 ring group not working & SSH monitoring(?)

I’ve setup a UCM6208 for a client, setup a ring group, set it to ring all members simultaneously, pointed inbound routes to this ring group.

Incoming calls ONLY ring to the first number in the group, even though the group is set to simultaneous ring.

Also, on FreePBX it’s incredibly handy to troubleshoot from the Asterisk command shell. Is there any way through SSH to be able to monitor exactly what the system is doing as (for example) a call progresses?

Suggestions?

Yes, use the network diagnostics in the maintenance area. Then use Wireshark to read the output so you can see exactly what happened with the call.
