Ucm6200 zero config model templates mode

On the UCM6200 series I set the zero config, model template, for the GXP2135, mode for the programmable buttons to call park and it sets the phone to default. If I set it to Information, it sets the phone to call park. Transfer on the UCM also translates to default I need a transfer button. UCM is on 10.0.20.44 and the phone is on 1.0.11.54.
Any suggestions?

And did you update the template for the 2135? Not you inputting new or different data, but downloading a the new one?

Whatever you do, do a system backup first. When I did it, it deleted my existing templates that I had created and I had to start over.

That did it!
Still green at the UCM.

It may be registered, but are the settings retained in the templates you may have created earlier?
