UCM6108 "No Provision"

I was upgrading my ucm6108 via google chrome to firmware version 1.0.10.39 using the file ucm6100dpt.bin. Half way through my browser froze and now the lcd reads the IP addy assigned to the box with the words “No Provision” under it. I can not log into the web gui nor can i use the buttons on the front of the box. What can I do?

You did not mention how the UCM is connected…WAN or LAN. Reboot the unit and try using the LAN port using 192.168.2.1 without the 8089 port. If all else fails, try this:

Hello, I have the same problem. UCM6108 series has only one LAN port. LCD display ip address I set up and message No Provision. I tried hard reset but the appliance not respond. Any ideas?

I tried, but the problem persist. The system not boot. When starts boot make a sound and stop charge of system and display the message ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx No provision. Any ideas? Can be fix it?

if you don’t solve by doing a format factory, i see your UCM is broken

Start UCM with reset pushed (around 20s), then again try access it via http (new browser best)
