UCM sending emails issue


I just opened a ticket with this issue but I want to see if anybody else experience this.
I have voicemail to email setup and works for a few days and then stops. At this point, if I try to send a Test email it doesn’t work and no record in “Email send log” and nothing in capture which means that the UCM doesn’t even try to send it. After a UCM reboot, everything is working again for a few days but this happened 3-4 times already.


Are you using MTA or client configuration?




I have never had this problem, I think there is a precarious setting in your settings


My own experience is that once you get it working it stays working.

Perhaps you might want to post your email settings.
