UCM RemoteConnect Plans


Any news from inside of Grandstream about RemoteConnect plans and prices ?
Current subscription (till 30 of Sep) will expire soon.


Maybe roadmap or something… Any information to be aware of.

Any news about terms of new release of mobile app ?
You promised it on past week. But there are some difficulties i suppose ?

Thank you for your feedback! For Wave mobile application, the latest version of Android is and the latest version of Wave iOS is 1.9.14 in the app store. We will release new mobile apps soon and the apps are still under internal testing. Once the full test is done, we will release the new apps (maybe within 2 weeks). Thanks for your testing!

It would be useful to understand what will surely remain on the free version (just not to promise wrong things to customers),
You need to enable LDAP on Remote Connect to enable, otherwise remote phones will not be able to use the system directory, and customers will not be happy,
Also in my opinion on the free version should be able to remain the remote web connection,
It would also be more attractive to the installer, and it would be easier for the installer to sell to the customer the next payment version.
Without remote connection, the free version does not make much sense, also because it would be necessary to open NAT from the customer and all the sense of the Remote Connect “will not be necessary to open NAT” will be necessary to miss the meaning.

Is there anything yet about plans? All of my UCM’s say in “Trial”. Am I supposed to do anything? I am confused.
