UCM - deviation to 1-2 mobile phone numbers


a customer with the UCM 6510 has DID numbers, currently if he receives a call on a DID number he is diverted to a pulp number and it works.
The customer asks me if possible to forward the call not to a mobile number but to 2-3 mobile numbers.
(I have all the strange customers :rofl:)


Possibly by setting up a ring group and then using the LDAP Phonebook section will a ring all strategy. You would have to do a call forward on the extension to the ring group and would. YOU would also need to play around with the VM settings.
