UCM 6302A Wave app locked out - How do I unlocked so the user can sign back in?

Hello,

I have a user that locked himself out of the wave app. I’ve reset his password, closed the app and even checked and unchecked the way app in the extension but it still says “too many login attempts, Try again in XX mintues”

I need to be able to unlock users but I do not for the life of me see how to do this. Also fail to ban isn’t even configured for this system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Look under Maintenance, Login Settings/Login Security. If should show the banned user and options to unban.

Thank you for using the Wave application! You can ask the UCM63xx server administrator to modify the login password on the Web UI of the UCM6302A server side. You can ask the administrator to go to the Web UI, find the extension, and edit the option “Wave/User Password”, and ask the customer to try again with the updated password. Thanks for your testing!
