I have just configured my new UCM6204 and it is now receiving calls but it does not pass through the caller id information. I have the analog truck set to Auto Detect and caller id is enabled in the inbound route. Is there any other configuration required to make this work?
Yes, your provider must deliver CID. Try Belcordia instead of auto.
After a bit more digging, it seems that the provider did not set up the Caller ID feature properly for our lines. Thank you for your reply. Everything is working good now.
