Timezone in Wave plug-in for Outlook

I have just installed Wave plug-in for outlook and tried to create meeting clicking Wave icon in outlook, but I found that it was always created with Time Zone “Asia/Shanghai (GMT+08:00)”. Now it’s 5pm in EU, and meeting room is available only from midnight ( 6 hours forward).
Meeting created directly in Wave app has proper timezone, and room is available from now.

I do not change anything. When meeting is created in app the time zone is set to UTC+2, my computer has the same time zone and it is my default time - I’m from Poland . When meeting is created clicking button in outlook, then time zone is UTC+8.
