I have UCM6301 and I already set it up with extension including extension on my family’s mobile and they get call or received calls, but the sound is sound is intermittent is there any missing setup of choosing right coding?

missing scenario, details, products used, FW, what you want to get etc…
If you have audio cuts, this mostly related to bandwidth, you need to check your connection latency…
You may also check if you have the issue in internal UCM network to confirm this.
And as damiano mentioned many details are missed here!
Also, the Wave Lite is an end of life product, you may need to use Wave App instead.
