Technical Support for GXW4248


Where can I get technical support? GS support really isn’t helpful with service affecting issues and is just disappointing. I can’t wait days to work through firmware upgrades that don’t work while my customers suffer…it took three days to tell me the device is defective… Are there any other options?


If device is defective you need replace it. Talk with sealer.
I do not see how we can help you with broken device.
But if you search company then can sell you and support then country/state will help :slight_smile:
