SIP Account settings not saving


New GDS3710 (hardware version 2.0A) to replace damaged unit. Upgraded firmware to using upgrade tool. Now trying to enter SIP account settings however, pushing SAVE button does not have message “Now saving…” and navigating to another SIP acount settings page and back shows that settings are not being saved.

Anyone encountered this or have any ideas?


try clearing cache and using other Incognito Browser,
did you try to do a format factory first?

Factory reset and data restore didn’t help; moving to another browser did. Thanks for the suggestion.
