Server error, please check your device

Hello,
I have an IP PBX 6208 and have two SIP Lines with phones connected.
The First SIP line works fine, both outbound an inbound calls are ok.
But for the second SIP Line, only the inbound works. The outbound brings this error: (SERVER ERROR, PLEASE CHECK YOUR DEVICE). And I have updated both the IP PBX and the phone GXP1760W.
What could be the problem please? Kindly assist and advise.

Hard to say as you only indicated the symptom and nothing about what kind of trunk, what the settings are to make the trunk work (or not) and nothing about the outbound rules to get to the trunk.

Hi, guys I have the same trouble, I Check the outbound rules and i have not restrictions, all extensions can do calls to all places, This trunk been working fine until 1 month ago, the only change is we buy a minutes pack from our ISP, but the set of my trunk not has change, I have not idea what more else could do, I need help

Catch packets.
Usually that message means that ITSP rejected your call on some reason.
