Dear Grandstream Customers,

Firmware 1.0.18.18 for UCM6102/6104/6108/6116 is released as official. Here is the link for the release notes:

This firmware contains important security fix. Please upgrade your UCM61xx to 1.0.18.18 immediately for security purpose. Here is the security bulletin:

After upgrading, please make sure to change web access passwords for ALL users in UCM web UI->Maintenance->User Management page, which includes super admin, admin and consumer users. It’s also highly recommended to change the username to be different from the previous username. If any unknown user exists in User Management page, please remove it immediately.

Hi, We just updated UCM6104V1.6A 1.0.18.12 to 1.0.18.18 after reboot we can no longer login.
we get message: "wrong username or password. You have 27 more attempts.
we have 2 admin accounts both having the same issue.
no matter how many time we try to login we still get message: 27 more attempts.

,For me also same problem, after upgrade to upgrade-ucm6102-6104-6108-6116-to-new-official-firmware-1-0-18-18-immediately/415username and password Wrong,
please we need solution for this problem,

you are on a forum, you cannot create a post and after 1 hour ask, nobody is paid to do it, you can ask questions and ask for advice, and wait.

I have the same issue and I opened a ticket after looking here for an answer…
It’s unfortunate that Grandstream couldn’t get back with an answer in over a month
