Hello i am using ucm 6302, wave desktop. Everything on latest updates.
I have two extensions 1001 and 1002.
1001: when call is in progress and another call is occur , wave shows me on background the call (as the image below.)
1002: doesnt happen the same.How can i set my second extension to have same result?
is the a ucm setting?or a phone setting? or maybe wave setting?
Ring call when another call is in progress problem
Make sure call waiting is enabled on that extension. Edit the extension, click on features and check the call waiting button near bottom of page. Apply changes and test again.

Try registering the EXT to another device. If you still can’t see the 2nd call coming in we can assume it’s an extension setting and not the device. I would try deleting and recreating the extension. I do not see a setting in Wave that would cause the 2nd call not to show.

Should i have a device to use this feature?
I tried to test it on a different extension without having a device.
But same problem remains.
I am trying to determine if it’s an extension issue or device. When I say device, I mean anything that can run the wave app, phone/tablet/pc.
In wave click your extension name at the top, click help and feedback and then you should see export logs. You may want to do a call again before you export the log.

You can click the avatar on the left upper corner and move the cursor to “Help and Feedback”, then you can click on “Export logs” option to export the logs from the Wave Desktop application.
