WAN 2- directly from isp (router mode failover)

Branch office 7 ip phones GXP1625 (frimware upto date)
Phone configuration
Main server :192.168.20.163:5061 sip tls enabled
Secondary server. : gdsm remote url
Stun server : address used as per GDMS page,port restricted cone nat
Current status

My querys are
- How do i resolve this issue?
- If i restarted the remote extension phone ,initially it works but after few hours all problems will starts again
- In UCM 6302 SIP settings under NAT what all local ip do I need to enter? or any other area.
Both routers SIP ALG disabled
