Hello team, I recently tried to record the call on the phone, and the only sound it gets recorded is the voice that goes from the headset, and the sound quality is really bad. This option is great for quick troubleshooting on voice quality. I understand the PBX and UCMs can also record, but it would be great if you could enhance the voice quality on the internal recording and to also include both parties voices, with the OPUS codec would be great. Also to have like a date and time stamp to retrieved them from the Web UI.
I really like all the features you are adding to your phones, keep it up. No other company gets even close of all your features.
