Queues, ring groups, pickup groups...oh my

changing from a queue to a ring group did solve the problem. Thanks again for the guidance on this.

If there’s a better call flow for this kind of environment, I’m open to new ideas. I’m pretty new to VOIP (but not new to networks).

It’s really about matching resources to demand and experimenting to see what meets your need with the understanding that the PBX is a device with no ability to know what you want (yet):smirk:
