Queue calls remain active after hangup

Hello,

I created a queue on UCM 6208, but when i make and inbound call and i just ring the 2 or 3 times and i hangup, the line remain busy (PSTN) even if i try to call an other time i get the line busy, i need the call to end when hangup, i update to the last firmware but no luck the issue is still there.

the release on the PSTN analog line is not recognized, you have to do the tests on UCM (I recommend the semi-automatic test) on each analog trunk (Detect button) and set correctly PBX Settings / Interface Settings / Analog Hardware and ACIM Settings
