So I register a ticket for my 3 dead GXV3674 cameras and was requested to provide the MAC address on the back. There is no MAC address on the back and I can not enter the config area as the cameras are dead. Seems like tech support would have better knowledge of their own equipment. So sad.
Tech support says “We are sorry, but the file attached has no MAC, neither a S/N which would also work” so no more support? Really bad support. I offered to send GS ,my three dead cameras, less than 5 years old and no response.
No wonder I am switching to another vendor with higher quality cameras. And no customer service to call either.
