New out of box 6208 upgraded to 184.108.40.206 - 2170 upgraded to 220.127.116.11 Zero’d up to it … with a call park/monitored call park will lock up the handset. The buttons stop responding. I can ping it and can login via web, however the buttons themselves stop working. We have to pull poe. The only stable FW is all the way back to 18.104.22.168 on the 2170 to fix this. We’ve had tickets open several times with GS Support … no resolve.
Park as extension is on. Using default feature codes and extensions.
I would hate to think we’re the only one experiencing this. If it was isolated to 1 setup, I could understand; however its every install we’ve done over the past 6 months. We’ve had to revert to old firmware.
2135, 2170 & 2613’s all lock up
If you park 1 phone on the network, all phones lock up
Outbound + SIP Trunk + Call Park = freeze
Outbound + Analog + Call Park = fine
Any inbound call + Call Park = fine
