Outbound calls from analog trunk line do not detect an answer at destination

Dear sirs. I just recently changed my internet service provider. The analog line that they supplied was connected to analog port 2 of my UCM6100. Incoming calls work perfectly, But when you make a call to the outside, the remote phone rings, but when you answer the call you do not hear anything. At the UCM side, the phone just keeps ringing and does not detect when the remote phone was picked up.
Thank you.

Thanks Larry …

Kev, was reported as analog line. Get some coffee…and your glasses.

try using port 2.

I tried.Same results. This line in coming out of a ISP router. Are they any different from a PSTN?
Thank you!

I resolved this problem by unchecking Enable Polarity Reversal. Thanks
