Notification Sound

I’m trying to find if there is a way to change the incoming call notification sound (ringing) in the desktop app, but can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Is this even an option?

Dear user,

Thank you for using the Wave app! This is decided by the system ringtone. If the user changes the system incoming call ringtone to another one, Wave app will use that ringtone as the incoming call ringtone. Thanks for your testing!

Can you be more specific about where that change is made please? Is it in the app, in the UCM settings, or in the UCM configuration?

Is it a global setting or can it be changed on a per-user basis.

Thank you for your feedback! I thought you want to change the ringtone for Wave Mobile app, and it will use the cell phone system ringtone as the incoming call ring tone. For Wave Desktop, this cannot be changed since the ringtone is in the application and it does not allow users to change it. Thanks for your testing!
