Hi to all grandstreamers!
While we are getting a preview video when a call comes from GDS3710
to GRP26X,GXP2170 and WP810
we never get it it at Wave Destop or Wave Android APP.
Audio is ok and open the door also works by dialing.
If we call the door from Wave then we get a audio connection, too.
If we then want to initiate the video connection from the application, then we get
a message that video has been rejected from the doorstation.
On the other hand if we call the GDS e.g. from WP820 we get a working audio and video.
The DeskWaveApp is same extension/user as the GRP phone where video works fine.
Anybody an idea what could be the issue because video connection is rejected?
Does it already work with GS wave desktop/APP?

Thank you for your feedback! I have reported this issue to our Wave and UCM63xx development team today. We currently do not have any known issues about this issue. We checked your given export logs, could you kindly also download the syslog from the Web UI of your UCM63xx? Before downloading the syslog, please kindly check the “PJSIP” log option, so that we can locate this issue based on the UCM syslog. Based on your Wave logs, it seems that the UCM sent the audio INVITE to the Wave app, so we need the UCM syslog to continue troubleshooting this issue. Thanks for your testing!

It´s already set like this:
and it works on GXP, GRP and WP820 phones so there seems to be no issue here.

The given screenshot only contains the settings on the Web UI of GDS device, but we also need to check if the configured extension on the GDS has already configured the H.264 video codec on the Web UI of the UCM63xx. Please kindly confirm if the H.264 video codec has been configured for that extension in the UCM63xx. Thanks for your testing!

Issue was that the GDS had no H.264 in UCMs extension settings.
But preview is not working by now.
should 1.0.11.24 fix this, or what is done in this FW?

Thank you for your feedback! We cannot reproduce the preview not working issue. FW 1.0.11.24 fixes some known bugs such as video re-INVITE related issues on GDS. You can try to reproduce this GDS preview issue and capture the trace file and syslog from your GDS device, and send them to us for troubleshooting. Please kindly record a short video to clarify the preview not working issue, such as what kind of error messages you encountered when reproducing this issue. Thanks for your testing!
