No ringtone gs wave on iphone

Please can someone assist me to have ringtones on my Gs wave on my iPhone,i’ve Tried (account Settings >> call settings >> ringtones ) by default is MARIMBA ringtone I checked all other ringtone but they seem are not working . Thanks

For me helped changing the “Do Not Disturb” setting (small switch on the side beside the volume setting).
