In the past week I’ve had 2 handsets of about 100 that randomly stopped sending and receiving audio when answering inbound calls since we upgraded the firmware to 184.108.40.206. Power cycles of the phone and network equipment did not rectify the problem. The phones could make outbound calls but inbound calls were still problematic, and these were only external inbound calls answered directly. Inbound calls transferred from another extension were ok.
The problem was rectified by doing a factory reset on the phone.
