No ATAs on the GDMS anymore


I believe there was a maintenance last weekend and since then all my ATAs are gone from the device list
Any thoughts ? Accounts still show up as normal but I do not see the devices anymore.


I just realized it has been moved to Gateway System

Thank you for using the GDMS platform! The devices and templates are still in the GDMS platform, but they are in the different sub systems. As you can see, when the user logs in the GDMS platform, the user will be asked to select the sub systems. The desk phones are in the VoIP System and the HT models are in the Gateway System, so the user needs to find the devices and templates in the corresponding sub systems. We will merge the VoIP sub system and Gateway sub system to one single sub system in the GDMS platform next release to improve the using experiences. Thanks for your testing!
