Malicious Call Trace (MCT) function

feature-request

#1

Customer requested feature for a button that can be programmed on a phone (presumably a speed dial, not a BLF), that invokes a Malicious Call Trace function.

When activated during a call, an alert is emailed to predefined destinations containing ALL of the details about the active call (Extension, Caller ID Name/Number of the outside party, Call Duration, trunk/channel in use, Date/Time the call first came in, etc.). In addition, trunk-specific details (if SIP, all SIP header detail - if ISDN, any additional IEs) would also appear in the report.

If possible, the ability to also start recording the call from that point would be helpful.

I want to re-post that topic to the top of the list, as nothing happen since the last time we discuss that excellent idea.
