Line Busy


I have set the UCM6204 as analog trunk from FXO1. I have set the IVR on inbound route and the problem is when i call i hear the IVR prompt but if i close the line from my phone the line on the UCM6204 does’t close, is always busy. And i can see on Active Calls the phone number.
When i set inbound route to default destination on ring group and do the same the line close normally.


IVR takes charge of the call and does not take it down if there are no timeout or other conditions.
You must also stop regionalisation, impedance and tone recognition tests on pstn trunks otherwise they will not be recognized.
