Limit Internal Calls on Time Conditions


I have a Client who runs a hotel, and wants to have a Ring Group for his Guest Rooms (Extension 500) which is ringing Reception Phones during office Times, but will reach an IVR during Night Times.
I am not able to set a Time Condition on the Reception Phones, as they should still be reachable through their own Extension for Staff use.

Is that possible?
