LED light control

Unless I’m mistaken, there isn’t much control over the LED’s using the web interface.

Would it be possible to add a feature that can permanently disable the LED?

Separately, It would also be very handy to be able to change the colour of the LED during the various phases. For example, during a call, it would be nice if I could make the light blue.

We are working to add the feature to enable/disable the LED for both GSC3505/GSC3510.

Also, for your request about changing the color of the LED, so you wanted to have the feature that can customize the LED color from what it is right now?

I personally don’t have a need to customise the LED at the moment, but I can imagine it being useful for some people.

I know this is an old thread but I would very much like to be able to turn them off. I am looking to deploy about 12 GSC3505s for a client to be used as a paging system. I do not need a speaker blinking red because for some reason it missed a page. My client certainly does not want to see that. I have googled myself silly. Do we have an answer on this? I am going to be using them with 3CX pbx. I cannot find a setting in 3CX…

The intensity can be adjusted and they can be turned-off.
