Hi. We have a UCM6202 that is set up to use pin codes to dial external numbers, that works great, but one of the options on the IVR is set to dial another external number, now when you press option 7, it is asking for a password / pin. Is it at all possible to set the IVR to bypass pin code for that specific option as any client that calls in and presses 7 is asked to enter a password.
You can try to make a separate rule in Outbound Routes for a specific number
