IVR + Dial extension

I set up the IVR on my UCM6102 and now incoming calls on the choice of pressinng keys are sent to different queues.

Now how do I set up the IVR so that the caller can dial the extension number?

This option is checked, but when caller dialing, for example, the extension 1200, a IVR sending it to menu “1”

Thank you very much. Increased the timeout to 3 and it all worked.
