Is GDMS Access to GXW4500s Down for Anyone Else?


We all the sudden are unable to access any of our 200 some GXW4500s web GUI through GDMS starting yesterday afternoon (5/9/22). It was working fine until yesterday. Anyone else having the issue? I have a ticket opened with support but nothing solid yet and really need this back up so we can troubleshoot and turn up more 4500s.

Since we have upgraded our GDMS system environment, we noticed some compatibility issues on the server side. Our GDMS development team will fix this issue from the server side asap.
