Https provisioning setup over dhcp

#1

Hi,

I’m trying to setup my DHCP (kea) server to offer provisioning/config url (https). When I setup http, it works.

{
“code”: 66,
“data”: “http://10.80.0.1/app/provision”,
“always-send”: true
}

But when I set with https it fail.

{
“code”: 66,
“data”: “https://10.80.0.1/app/provision”,
“always-send”: true
}

From tcpdum it looks like the phone is trying to resolve https. It is like I need to set provisioning on http’s, but I’m not sure how. In the documentation it says default is TFTP and if http: // url is set, it will change mode to http. But not for http’s? I tried manually to set with https and its work.

Do anyone know how to configure dhcp to setup phone for provisioning over https? Option 43? But how? Is it possible to pass P values to phone over dhcp?
