In Windows 10 I would like to make Wave be the default app that handles a tel: URI so that when I click on a phone number it’s automatically loaded in Wave so all I have to do it click to dial. I’ve looked at win 10s default app screen selection but when I click the + to add the wave app, it just gives me a limited selection of apps to use for a tel: uri. How can I associate a custom app like Wave to tel:?

Dear user,
Thank you for using the Wave application! Users can go to Chrome store to install the click2dial add-in, then if the user click the number on the webpage for dialing, the Wave app will be used as default. Users can also use the shortcuts to wake up Wave app quickly for dialing. Users can also set the Tel app to Wave in Windows:
Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
Thank you!

It turns out that Wave 1.19.12 which is what I had installed did not show up in the list so I installed 1.21.10 and now it does show up in the list.
