I’m new to using issabel and recently migrated from Elastix 2.5 to Issabel 4.0 but I have a question that I think is the configuration of my IP Phone and not the server, but I’m posting here to see if anyone can get me give support.
I use dynamic agents to log in and out of my service queues, however I can only do this through a softphone (X-lite, Zoiper) and when using my IP phones to try to log in to a queue, it does not show me the message to request the agent password and log in to that particular queue.
Ex: Extension 10 needs to log into queue 100 to answer customers who want to request service, then type 100 * appears the msg requesting my password and press # to confirm the login and from there I would be able to receive calls at my extension in queue 100.
So, as I mentioned above, I can usually do this through my softphone,
but through my IP Phone no, I believe that there is no problem in configuring asterisk and yes in the ip phone.

Could you give me some light where I can tinker with the configuration of my IP phone so that I can do this?
