How is end user alerted to full voicemail box?

Had a user today who had no idea that their voicemail was full until a client called complaining they couldn’t leave a message.
I know that I can raise the max amount from 50 to 100 in the settings, but that doesn’t really help my problem.
Is there a setting that will alert the user that their voicemail box is full? Can they receive an email or notification somehow?
For people that just don’t delete from their phones, this can be a real problem.

Seems like this should be a feature request if it’s not already available. Could potentially be something as simple as “System Event” Alert / email to the mailbox owner.

Wasn’t sure if it was setting I was missing or if it just wasn’t created yet.
