GXW450x R2 Digital Signalling



I’m having trouble with GXW450X GATEWAYs when used as the termination of a VoIP provider when customer PBX has “double answer” (to prevent incoming collect calls) set.

When the calls go to the customer PBX, they immediately are hung up. When testing with other manufacturers’ gateways, the calls go through without problems.

This is a CRITICAL ISSUE, we’ve purchased many gateways in order to service customers. I need an immediate solution, please.
