GXW4232 stok up on booting

My GXW4232 when powering it up just stok up booting

Have you tried a factory reset? Is it getting an IP?

i just tried the reset button at the back of the device

support had a instruction to upgrade the firmware set recovery mode i was already in recovery when i chose the firmware i got this error

when i manage to upload the right file the screen says uploading then suddenly error pop up that the this site cant be reached

it works already i manage to upload the right file in the recovery mode.thanks

i got this error coz i was connected to internet when you upload the file you must not be connected to internet.
