GXW4232 - Error Code 0x60190000

Hello
I’m having a problem with a gxw4232, the status of the port is alternating on hook / off hook (the led keeps blinking), see the GIF:

Note: I have already updated the firmware.
Note 2: I tested the HT502 and the problem does not occur.

I am not sure of the post - The date shown is May 14 as are the logs, but the forum listing shows that the post was made yesterday.

In any event, I can only suggest -

  1. As you seem to be able to get into the device, download the config.
  2. Do a factory reset of the device.
  3. See if the condition continues while the device is un-programmed. If yes, submit a support ticket. If no,
  4. Manually program the device with the SIP server and set-up the same port.
    If the condition does not re-appear, then restore the configuration and see if the condition returns. If no, then hopefully it is resolved, but keep an eye on it.
    If the condition returns,
  5. Do a factory reset of the device.
  6. Manually re-program the device with all the extensions settings needed and do a save and apply frequently as you go to see if the condition returns. If the issue re-appears, then submit a ticket. If not, then same as before, monitor it.
