I have a GWN7062 that was a demo model at a reseller. The previous owner still had it connected to his network so when i tried to add it to my GWN Cloud account it said already on another network. I couldn’t contact him at the time, so I reset the device and set a custom password. Then tried to re add and now i get ERP system error. Any help would be appreciated.
Solved. Reseller still had in their network even though informed it was not.
